Is it a beanbag? Is it a cat basket? No, it's a Wonderbag.

Wonderbag is a unique product that needed a unique site. Drupal 7 put us in a great position to come up with something special, featuring huge amounts of evocative imagery, especially where food is concerned, along with a whole bunch of social content and interactivity.

The site integrates with Twitter and Facebook, and allows users to participate in discussions on the site itself. It contains a recipe index where users can submit their own recipes for moderation, and an online shop selling the Wonderbags themselves.

The National Skills Academy for Food and Drink got together with us because they needed to raise the profile of their web presence, and get more control over their own website. Drupal was a great solution.
The site has a lot of functionality, so keeping it all ordered and structured sensibly is a tough job. Drupal makes it easy to manage the sections on the site, and keep them looking great.

The National Skills Academy for Food and Drink needed an improved online presence, with more interactivity, stronger visuals, and more control over their own content. As they had a lot of content and a very long potential features list, we went on a few trips to York to sit with their team and get a feel for what they needed.

Sportsbeat needed a fresh branding and visual for their online presence, so we created them a Drupal website with a full-blown CMS, but kept it looking modern and cutting-edge
A full-blown CMS that the client can edit, but keeping the individual layouts of each page, was a challenge, but very rewarding to see the end result.

Sportsbeat needed a strong online presence and they wanted to accomplish this with a strong brand and bold visual style on their new site. We put together a site that feels modern to use, keeps the content straightforward, but engages the user and makes the user want to explore.

The inner pages include a team page where each team member's information can be viewed, a work page where each case study can be enlarged and flicked through, magazine style, and a grid of company logos to show off Sportsbeat's list of high-profile clients.

I read yesterday that Google is looking to “rank down” overly SEO optimised sites in favour of web sites that are on topic and have solid content.

This is really good news for site owners with a good base of content that use “White Hat’ techniques to gain a bona fida search engine ranking.

Google has already penalised blogs that are purely set up for SEO and last year a great number of rankings were effected by this change.

Stroud College aimed to separate its identity as a business training provider from its main identity as a college aimed at youngsters in order to attract more business-oriented organisations without the concern over the audience of its courses being misplaced. We provided a completely separate site on a new domain, complete with course listings, course calendar, online booking and reservation system, and e-commerce integration for buying course registrations online.

We turned this one around from the brink of disaster, to bring Stroud College a site that worked flawlessy while being as easy to manage and keep up to date as possible.

Stroud College had an existing site, but unfortunately their old web company was unable to keep it running, and the original development had been done in a way that introduced a number of problems to their workflow. Our task was to turn the site around, making sure everything worked the way it was originally supposed to, and take on the hosting and support.

The new site had to visually stunning, easy and intuitive to use from both a user and and administration point of view and also incorporate a complicated order and delivery system that would exactly reflect their established way of doing things and match fully their custom seed ordering software.
