The Brief

Halldale are the leading suppliers of news and news publications to the flight simulation and training market publishing a number of magazines, hosting conferences and attending trade shows as well as engaging their audience through through electronic news and online industry directories.

Halldale came to Tigerfish Interactive in search of a new website that would better enable them to showcase the array of magazines they offer, attract new subscribers, engage users of social media through blog postings and twitter and also to handle client subscriptions and serve as a portal to other industry specific businesses.

The Challenge

The challenge is to create a great user experience for current subscribers and other users and also to encourage new subscribers in the future. The website also needs to work as a portal for industry specific news on training and simulators and to boost Halldale's company profile and boost online interest. The subscribers area need to be easy to navigate with clean and intuitive design that gives prominence to the different products that Halldale offer.

Our Work

With years of experience our team of web design and web development specialists at Tigerfish Interactive put a plan together that would cover all the specific requirements of Halldale. Using Drupal as the framework for the new site we were able to create a clean and eye catching design that delivers the user experience required to maintain and build upon Halldales existing users.

With the requirement to build upon existing business we integrated out email marketing and social networking platform, WildFire that enables Halldale to connect to users directly through a variety of channels and manage their online marketing efforts from one centralised administration area within the site.

CRM or customer relationship management is also an important part of the build for Halldale as is events management. Users can now both register for events and are now managed through our CRM system, fully integrated in to our web design along side our advertising platform allowing Halldale to keep track of users and also serve them with tailored adverts suited to their interests..

Having tackled every task and ensured that every aspect of the new site was up to both the demands of the users and built with the intention of further developing Halldales presence and brand awareness through the use of email marketing, blogging, excellent search engine optimisation techniques or SEO for short and hitting our deadlines our combined efforts lead to a very happy client.
